To order from ELESSA, you must first select the desired Item (Model),
then click the "Add to Cart" button. Review the contents of the basket located
in the top right corner of the site and click the "Order" button. Once you've done so,
you have to press the two following "Next" buttons, select the payment method,
and finally click the "Confirm the order" button.
SHIPPING
We deliver worldwide including North America (USA; Canada), UK, Europe, Australia etc.
At checkout you will see the shipping cost for your order.
Ones we receive your order we will ship within 1-5 business days.
The courier with which we send our shipments is Deutsche Post / DHL
Each product has a tracking number with which you can track
it's journey.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Usually our packages don’t get stopped by customs.
However we cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package by your local customs. Any outstanding customs charges or import duties must be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for these charges. Customs charges or import duties are not included in the price of your items ordered.
If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the couriers may return the items back to Deutsche Post. In the event that this happens, you will be refunded for your order once it is received back to our facility, excluding the cost for shipping calculated in the price of the product – 10 euro as this aspect of your order has been fulfilled.
