Returns exchanges policy

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

We hope you fall in love with your purchase and we know how important it is
both for you and for us your smile and joy in delivery
of each of our products.
We strive for complete satisfaction of our customers.

Wigs and Hair Extensions cannot be returned without a prior agreement for hygiene reasons.
Boutique designer models accessories and lingerie can not be returned for hygienic reasons.
Products and Accessories included in the conditions specified on our site are:
* Designer / Custom Accessories * designed sewn and processed
* Wigs - * Accessories that are in contact with the personal scalp in order to prevent contact with transmitted skin diseases
* Extensions
* Toupees
* Ponytails
* Bangs
* Buns
* Underwear
* Intimate Accessories

If you feel one of our items is defective or damaged then please get in touch first. We will then begin the returns process for you. The product must be returned within 14 days with all original packaging and tags still attached. (the label must not be removed or cut). Please note: Accessories returned without being pre-arranged with us will not be refunded.
As soon as we receive the item and can confirm the problem, we will arrange a refund for you.

We do not accept returns when a customer is not happy with the color or styling of model . Please be aware of this before purchasing it. We are happy to provide additional photos regarding of the desired product - style or color if you need to make sure it’s what you want.

Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for any damages incurred when styling or washing your hair accessories.*
